Surrender to a place of reflection, release, and transformation
An immersive, whole-body listening experience for reflection and transformation.
Taking place during the Celtic festival of Bealtaine, meaning “Fierce Fire”, this sound bath is part of artist’s Leah Hewson’s ‘Raze the Container: Redux’ exhibition and IMMERSION weekend.
Just as the exhibition explores the disintegration of ego and the rebirth of self, this sound bath invites you to move inward, release what no longer serves, and step into a space of deep restoration and transformation.
Guided by Chloe (Sonas Sounds), allow the soothing tones and vibrations of gongs, bowls, and elemental sound tools wash over you, softly lulling you to a state of deep relaxation.
The session begins with gentle, supported guidance to help you settle into the space and your body. The sound will then lead you on a deeply introspective, dream-like journey which supports you in stepping out of this space and time, to drop deeply into your interior experience for reflection, rest, and release.
Working through all levels and for energetic clearing, the sound is perceived on a physical, psychological, and emotional level. With the calming resonance of Chloe’s instruments, surrender to that internal place of restoration and renewal, finding internal balance as we transition into summer.
It is recommended to participate whilst lying down. For anyone with specific physical needs, you are welcome to join in a chair or alternative position that works for you. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring some water with you. You are welcome to bring pillows or extra blankets to make your experience even more comfortable.
