Sound opens doors the mind cannot
Align with the rhythms of nature in welcoming the Celtic celebration of Ostara.
A season that ushers in themes of balance, rebirth, and possibility, this sound bath invites you to tune into your internal spring, noticing where nature’s movements can hold a mirror to your own energetic ebbs and flows.
Guided by Simone, drop into a place of nourishing visualisation and heartfelt intention-setting before the sound bath journey unfolds. Accompanied by Nigel, a Thai yoga massage therapist and sound healer, Simone will create a safe space where the body softens, the mind quiets, and a sense of expansion may unfold.
Give yourself permission to fully surrender to this serene sonic immersion, allowing the beautiful tones of Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drum, chimes, human voice, and other sound healing instruments to wash over you.
The layers of soothing sound — especially Simone’s voice — will gently transport you into another world, allowing you to leave feeling grounded, reassured, and with a sense of expansion.
As the session concludes, you are gently called back into the space to enjoy some dark chocolate together, opening the circle for everyone to share thoughts and feelings about the experience, if you wish to share. There is no pressure.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
Not suitable for anyone with a rare form of epilepsy triggered by sound (audiogenic epilepsy). If you are pregnant, please let Simone and Nigel know in advance; they will guide you with care and remain mindful of sound placement and volume.
