Coming together in support of those affected by the floods in Nepal.
Join us for a heartfelt afternoon movement, sound, song, and connection as we gather in community to raise vital funds for the Nepal flood relief effort.
Guided by Michelle Cavanagh and Kellie Andrews, the session begins with a grounding Yang to Yin Flow, moving from gentle, flowing movement into the quiet stillness of Yin, as deeply restorative soundbath elements weave into the practice.
From this place of rest and stillness, Michelle will lead a mini Kirtan, sharing mantra, music, and our voices in expression of connection and community, sending our collective energy towards those in Nepal.
The afternoon closes with warming rose tea and delicious handmade Bliss Balls from Align & Nourish, with time to share your experience, or to simply enjoy being together.
This is an opportunity to do something caring for yourself, while coming together for something beyond ourselves. Through our practice, our voices, and our presence, we offer this gathering with love and support for the people and communities in Nepal affected by the floods.
Please pay what you can afford. Minimum recommended contribution: €10.
All proceeds go towards the Nepal flood relief effort.
