The turning of the year is a powerful shared collective moment, a natural pause where many of us reflect on what has been, and imagine what could be next. This workshop is designed to meet you in that energy, offering a space to visualise, to set intentions and feel inspired to move towards your ambitions in 2026.

We begin with a deeply soothing Yin Yoga practice led by Kate Dagher, inviting you to slow down, connect inward, and open space in both body and mind. Through long, supported holds and mindful breathwork, Yin helps you to release tension and awaken the intuitive part of you that knows what you truly want for the year ahead.

From this grounded state, you’ll transition into our Vision Boarding Workshop with Marina Marinina. Visualise your goals and ambitions for 2026 in an intentional way. This hands-on session will help you to visualise your goals, either a personal goal or a project you are planning to work on in 2026 and create a powerful vision board which will help you to identify the first small steps towards your hopes for the year ahead.

What the day includes:

  • A beautiful setting to explore your dreams and values – Kate will guide you through a yin yoga practice that will gently open you up to receive your own innate wisdom.
  • The opportunity to express yourself through creativity: Marina will provide an inspiring selection of beautiful images, meaningful quotes, and interesting materials so that you can craft a personalised board that resonates with your vision.
  • Guidance through intentional action planning: Learn how to break down your big dreams into achievable milestones that you will feel excited about and ready to work towards.
  • A supportive community: A group of like minded people, also looking to share ideas and inspiration who will support you in this process.
