A ritual of rest, listening, and renewal

As day and night come into balance, we gather to mark Ostara, at the spring equinox: a moment of renewal, awakening, and new beginnings.

Join Tatiana and Máirtín Ó Soracháin for an immersive evening of gentle movement, guided Yoga Nidra, and storytelling.

“1001 Celtic Nights” evokes the ancient tradition of night-time storytelling as ritual. Like “One Thousand and one Nights”, the collection of Middle Eastern folktales, Celtic stories were spoken in the liminal hours, between light and dark, to entertain, to sooth and to transfer wisdom across generations. This gathering honours that shared lineage.

The evening will begin with storytelling from Máirtín, sharing stories rooted in Irish myths and tradition, drifting between folklore and modern life, offering a symbolic thread connecting inner experience with landscape, season, and cultural memory.

From there, Tatiana will guide you into Yoga Nidra, a state of deep rest between waking and sleep.

This is a ritual of rest and renewal. It is an opportunity to slow down, honour the turning of the season, and reconnect with both inner rhythms and the cultural traditions of the land.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel warm and supported.
