Born and raised in Dublin, Tina is a child of Hong Kong immigrants and has been practising yoga since 2007. She’s a 500-hour qualified yoga teacher: 200 hours at elbowroom with Susie Murray in the Vinyasa style and 300 hours at Vikasa led by Kosta Miachin, which deepened her understanding of hatha, philosophy and functional movement. Constantly seeking to learn more, Tina attends workshops with teachers such as Sarah Bonsal (Shaktibird), Susan Church, Daniel Rama and Cathy Pearson.
This balanced practice blends the vitality of Yang with the stillness of Yin. Dynamic, energising flows build strength, warmth, and resilience, while gentle, long-held stretches invite deep release and relaxation. Together, they create a harmonious experience that leaves you grounded, open, and renewed in both body and mind.
