A slower paced vinyasa style class weaving together strength, flow, and deep presence. This class invites you to slow down just enough to notice, to inhabit your body, and to let awareness alchemise the way you move and breathe. Strong, grounding postures meet fluid transitions, creating a practice that is both powerful and spacious. Each movement is a chance to refine alignment and attune to the wisdom of your inner awareness.
