Tara is a Touch for Health Kinesiologist, Reiki Master, Intuitive Womb Healer, and Cacao Facilitator. She works with people to support them in returning home to themselves, free from limiting beliefs, conditioning, and energetic attachments that no longer serve them.

To Tara, healing is the process of coming back into alignment with your true self: whole, clear, and connected. She supports clients in gently releasing anything that may be holding them back on a physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual level.

Tara takes a holistic approach in her work, engaging with the mind, body, and spirit to gain a deep understanding of each individual’s needs. Through this integrative process, she creates a safe and supportive space for clients to reconnect with their inner wisdom and move toward greater balance, clarity, and wholeness.
