Today the work is looking at a piece of art and being present.
This is a limited run, pop-up installation created by Zalou.
A task chair is an office chair designed for short- to medium duration desk work and frequent movement throughout the day. It emphasizes ergonomics, adjustability, and support for common office tasks like typing, writing, and computer work.
We live in a world that moves at an extremely fast pace, where everything is designed for content and attention spans are becoming shorter. However, making art and looking at art is an important ancestral practice.
This piece of work functions as a form of meditation, a space where you can come and take a moment. Not just with a piece of art, but with yourself.
Today the work is looking at a piece of art and being present, enjoy.

Zalou
Painter, thinker, maker, doer. Zalou is an Irish artist from Dublin, Ireland. In the last ten years he has been a part of over twenty exhibitions, including three solo exhibitions in Dublin, two solo exhibitions in London (one in which he painted for 24 hours straight while his friend, Tadhg Kelleher played piano- “1440” ). He also made a massive interactive art installation- “The Positive Affirmation Generation Machine” for Castlepalooza music festival, in Ireland.
Zalou’s work is about human connection and wants his work wether on a giant mural or or a sculpture to bring people together and remind them that though at times life can be challenging it is an amazing adventure.
He also thinks it’s very important not to take life too seriously, never be embarrassed and to be kind.
