Restorative Yoga Sarah McKenna

Recalibrate

Thursdays at 7:30 pm

This restorative yoga class invites you to slow down and recalibrate. Using supportive props you’ll be guided into luxurious long held postures. There will be an invitation to cultivate awareness of your body and breath with the intention of soothing the nervous system. The practice is suitable for beginners.

Sarah McKenna

Sarah has been practicing yoga for over a decade and completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2018 with The Yoga Room, Dublin.

Since then, she has continued her studies in Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Mudra and Yin Yoga, as well as mindfulness and meditation. Her teaching focuses on slow, nourishing movement and creating a calm, welcoming space where students can slow down and reconnect with themselves.

She feels grateful every day to share these practices and to be part of such a spirited yoga community in Dublin.
